As some of you know, earlier I said that I would not be posting Peggy or Raonsims hair because they usually cannot be converted. Luckily, a nice person (I'm not sure if they'd want to be anonymous or not) shared two files for you. They are both in sims3pack, one is for adult to elder, the other is toddler to child.
