So this hairstyle seems just average to me, but I guess I sound a bit spoiled because it takes a lot of time and effort to make Sims 3 hair. I do really like the collar of the shirt (or dress?) the model is wearing. I'm going to see if I can find it.

The shirt is only available from sims 3 store. It's not made by anyone who makes the sims 3 stuff.
