There are several tools that will open the WinRAR files, one that is offered for free is 7-Zip. usually, most of the tools available will open the files if you right click on the file and click on "open with" then choose what ever zip tool you are using...

I am sorry that you are having this problem. ;( You may want to consider downloading one of these WinRAR, 7-Zip or WinZip. They are all free. I hope this will help.
